Very welcoming place, it's warm and inviting. They stock a wide variety of great products. We were served by a very helpful, knowledgeable young lady by the name of Charlotte. She knew exactly what we needed, took time to explain how to use the new devices. She made us feel like very valued customers, like part of the Ace of Vapez family. Overall a 10/10 experience and we shall be visiting again in the near future. They are also dog friendly what more could you ask for.

I have shopping in this place for almost a year now buying disposable vapes & Vape juice. I decided to buy a vape from them on recommendation from a friend as it’s always useful to have spares. I purchased the aspire Gotek yesterday afternoon but unfortunately within seconds of putting the juice in it had a burnt taste. My husband also a long time vaper said the same & told me to return it. I have returned to the shop less than 24 hours after buying it & they tried to tell me I have vape tongue ( which is laughable as I had another vape in my Pocket which tasted fine ) they refused to do anything about it saying I could buy more pods. I won’t be returning here ever again.

Great vape shop, I've been shopping here since it opened. A certain member of staff needs to be sent on a customer service training course as he needs brushing up on empathising, how to come to an agreeable arrangement that probaly would keep the business happy, the customer happy and retain loyalty when the situation arises and a customer isnt happy with a purchase and isnt taking liberties. Other then that 5 stars.
