Absolutely great customer service. I wouldn't recommend any place else in the croydon area to get photo frames from.

Went in to buy a simple frame and ended up buying 2 x amazing paintings. Beautiful art work at very good prices. Ash was incredibly helpful.

Terrible company. I bought a mirror - it was cracked and they refused to replace it.They have also been visited by Croydon Environmental Health and have been told to make changes. So unsafe for customers too.Do not go anywhere near this place and do not buy anything off them.

I have used this frame shop on numerous occasions and they have been brilliant but sadly my customer experience received this time was terrible. I brought a poster to be framed on the 27 November to be ready by the 12 December. The poster was a Christmas present to be given today (18 December), however when I called up I was told the frame wasn’t ready because the man who does it hasn’t been around. I was not called to be given an update and had no idea the frame wasn’t ready until I called. I was told it could be ready by Wednesday. When I said this has ruined a Christmas present and why has no one called I got a half hearted apology and offered £10 credit to spend in their shop!! What use is that to me??I had to go out yesterday to find a replacement present. These guys didn’t seem to care at all. When I asked if they could send my poster back to me (as I only came to croydon to get the poster done) they got quite rude and I was told no!I will never use these guys again. They do not care about their customers. The experience I had was horrendous and has ended up costing me more as I had to go out and get a last minute even more expensive present!

Recommended if you need to frame a nice art or picture!

I've had three large pieces of art framed here and am really happy with them all. Their bespoke framing service is great and the owner really knows his craft. He advised me on frame type, weight, mounting options and hanging. I would highly recommend them if you have pieces that are an unusual size and you want something making specially.

Was send there by my friend from reading which said they are the best framers in london.Bit of a journey but heard lot’s about them so here I am.Frame done and oh my.. looks perfect is perfect stunning really.Great explanation, communication and service I can clearly say that yes they really are BEST in London.Highly recommend.Thank you.
