I have attended the lessons on numerous occasions and have been to made feel welcome as often the only female. They train hard and the room is excellent for ground fighting. Ian and John (the instructors) know their stuff. They make you feel welcome if you are a beginner or if are further along in your journey. I will continue to attend as I know I am going to learn more about Krav Maga and be more able to defend myself.

Instructors are spot on, everyone makes you feel welcome, if you come with an ego, you will certainly not being leaving with one, All the people you train with will be spot on, and all bring something to the training session. 100% would recommend coming down
