Alright. Not sure about the refurbishment - could do with some more benches and the old deadlift machine to come back. However the equipment isn’t all bad just less variation than before. Always a PT session on aswell.

Still the best gym in the North West by far, and I've tried them all after 20+ years of regular training. Equipment is spot on and the atmosphere is great. There seems to be a real community feel growing at this place now after several years of attendance. Always look forward to going back.

Great variety of classes with some motivating instructors. Good value, lots of equipment available. Downside is the carpark is too small so there are limited spaces available.

A nice gym for all types of people safe and the biggest plus is that it is 24/7 so you can always get in to work out and personally getting the yanga water in your membership is worth it never need to worry about taking water with you as long as you have a bottle your good

Great gym, good facilities, staff are friendly and it's cheap. Open 24 hours and always clean. Peak times are very busy, but at this price is no surprise
