Leader Doors

I returned a door to them five weeks ago - to the tune of £40 - they STILL haven’t refunded me and the ‘customer success’ team have taken to ignoring me. Furthermore, the unfinished oak door I kept has already been damaged when oiling it because it’s been so poorly put together. Avoid. Paying a little more elsewhere will hopeful ensure you don’t go though what I’ve had to.

Absolutely terrible.Quality of doors was all over the place with both of the orders I made for different customers of mine.Hardware arrived damaged on one delivery and they were meant to send another out but on the day they were meant to redeliver the driver had forgotten it.Second order they missed of a whole handle pack.On hold for more than an hour multiple times, phone cuts off.They say they'll ring you back, they never do.Diabolical service, as a tradesperson I would stay well clear as they have cost me money and time and two jobs now and still not resolved.

We ordered a glass manhattan LPD door, sidelight and frame.Delivery took double the number of working days specified with poor communication when chased.When order was delivered nearly all parts of the frame came scratched.The door and sidelight were fine but then these were well packaged unlike the frame parts that were loosely packaged altogether.Unfortunately because this the order came so late there was little time for Leaders to provide a replacement in time before it had to be fit and they failed to get a replacement dispatched out soon enough.They used this as a reason not to compensate me any monies for the defected product.My joiner has done a decent job to try and hide as many of the scratches when he has built the frame as possible but some are still visible.The door and sidelight are good products and look great.It is disappointing that Leaders couldn't take any responsibility for their errors.

It annoys me i have to give 1 star on this review. I would not use this company again, I recieved a damaged door and I sent all sufficient evidence that was requested I was then asked would I like it collecting and would I prefer a refund or replacement. I requested a replacement and then had to chase an update and was later told I won't be getting it as it was not reported within 24 hours and now my emails are being ignored and when I call them I am told the manager is not available and they will reply back ASAP. I can only pray the manager is OK with his long absence.

You have been warned. Scam artists and a joke. They will take your money and run. Poor quality and customers service is a complete joke - you will be lucky to get through after an hour. It seems like it's about 4 people working in a shed somewhere. They need shutting down - stay away from Adrian and Bee. Please guys don't lose your hard earnt cash to these guys, check out the other reviews. I wish I did.

Ordered, received only one part of my order, got awful customer service. Ended up wanting to just return and took weeks to get them to arrange. Once collected had to chase refund. Wouldn’t ever use again. A new company that is failing miserably and unlikely to be around for much longer

Ordered a door and did not deliver on the agreed date. Didn't let me know so stayed in all day for no reason. Been told my door would be in stock on a certain date only to be delayed further. Very little communication. Ordering from here is much more trouble than it is worth

Shocking … wrong doors , 5 in total with all handles and hinges , delivered yesterday , I ordered the doors the sales staff gave me the order number for .. today an email reply more more or less saying ‘tough!’ Called all day when eventually someone answered I was told they would return my call .. they didn’t !! Looking to return all doors now all my emails being ignored and cannot get through on phone .. what a massive mistake I have made using this companyShocking customer serviceUpdate5 days later and two days attempting to get through to this company on the phone , eventually Alison took the call, assured me doors would be collected immediately and courier company would call to arrange this within the hour, still no call , I have involved Trading standards and Watchdog. This is horrendous Customer service.This is £806 worth of doors !

Terrible company, delivery arrived, driver brought it in and dented and scraped my walls in 3 different places. Took the film off the door to see it is a MESS. Told it’s not really “that bad” and offered me £25 partial refund which I never got. Phoned up after being on hold and cut off multiple times to be told the refund may take 6 weeks as they are too busy to be dealing with refunds just now. AVOID

I ordered 5 doors which were the wrong size. I spent months and 34 emails trying to return them. They didn't recognize their own sku codes and they have never once answered the phone. I eventually paid an extra £60 for collection. I waited here all day and they didn't turn up, instead they emailed to ask what they were collecting. After 34 emails! Really!? Now they are just ignoring me.They are unbelievably stupid, you might think they are cheap but it is not worth the time, and stress! I have wasted a lot of money! Just try calling or check out 90% of the reviews online.
