I was shocked when I saw this burger.This is supposed to be a double bacon cheeseburger. As you can probably tell, it’s half the size of what is usually a double cheese at Burger King. So, either BK decided to massively reduce their burger size in all stores - which I doubt - or the BK in the standsted airport is intentionally serving a smaller portion size to its customer. Also, besides the obvious size difference, the burger was complete trash - cheese was not melted, meat was cold, and the bread was stale and dry.Burger King lost a customer.

Simply divine, possibly the best meal I've ever eaten.I also had the honour of meeting Maria Figueiredo who was kind, tender and attentive. Maria noticed that my wife and I were not seeing eye to eye and began talking with us; slowly helping us to overcome our marital issues and saving our marriage and perhaps even our lives.Thank you Maria! They had to handle so many customers that they must act really fast and sure they did and I truely appreciate. My number was called not long after the order was placed via their automated machine. Many flights were delayed on the day and the entire airport was packed with people and their fast service and ample seatings certainly deserves a 5 star.

i bought a kid meal,and i pay 7,19 pounds just for the nuggets drink and fries,it s a joke.kind of robber.no dessert no toy, and ultra expensive price.don t eat there if you are with your kids.I never will go again any burguer king.Usually i wen t, a couple a week.they lost a costumer.and please don t go with kids if you are in stansted airport,if you are in other airport check before the price.The meat was ultradry.my good,its a real disaster of place

Good food, nice atmosphere. Maria is the best employee! :) I still cannot believe what happened! She sat on my table just to ask for a review and the most magical thing just happened! She said exactly what I needed to hear and that helped me so much! Maria is a very special person! And I am so glad we met! Thank you Maria! ❤️

RUBBISH! RUBBISH!! RUBBISH!!!FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!TERRIBLE QUALITY FOOD!!!!!!!!!!Staff was okay.I saw a large and full chickenbreast sandwich on the menu.What I got was a tiny bun.That bun was half-filled with a thin slice of chickenbreast.That chickenbreast barely had any meat in it and it was mostly breading.The cheese and the bacon were thicker than the chicken.

When going to Burger King, you always expect amazing service and perfectly grilled burgers. Unfortunately, how does it happen in chain restaurants not everywhere you can receive such service or decent meal. This branch has ups and downs so you're can't expect to be good this time. Either burger is barely warm, or someone squeeze it so much it looks like waffle.Sometimes service also require to be upgraded: when you order eat in meal it's clear you should receive your meal not to be asking to receive tray from lady which do stupid faces if you ask her for such tray.

Food is okay, but seating is quite good. Price is a little overpriced, but it is quite understandable as it is on the airport. The burger, nugget, and the fries is good enough.Seating is quite good, place is comfortable, and better than airport seating. Charger is available, and it is considerably less noisy than the main atrium.Purchasing the food is quick using the screen, and food is served very quickly.
