What an amazing practice, always such a pleasure to visit. The staff are always really lovely, they always go far and beyond what I would expect. I live in Surrey and happily travel to this practice as it is my belief they are exceptionally good at what they do.Sophie and ALL the reception team are just the best….5 stars really is not enough…..

Pavan is a skilled dentist who knows what he's doing, and his friendly demeanor puts you at ease immediately. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes sure you're comfortable throughout any procedures. His staff is also wonderful, making the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend The Butts Dental Practice to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

As a family, we have received fantastic services from The Butts Dental Practice for over 25 years. Several good Dentists and hygienists provided excellent services over the years. Only yesterday, I received magnificent service from Dentist Rima Patel. She listened, examined, provided treatment and advice with a smile. I went there in agony with my painful tooth, and then came out extremely satisfied. Thank you for your wonderful service.

My first visit to the Butts dental practice was amazing from beginning to end. Booked an appointment because I had tooth ache, saw dr benish she was fantastic. She Got me out of pain and was very reassuring, gentle and professional. Would definitely recommend this practice they are fantastic. I am a patient at this dentist and really do like it. However, the receptionist are really rude and impatient make you feel really uncomfortable. The dentist need to have a look at the stuff they have hired for this role as they do not represent the dentist as they should such a shame.

Unfortunately, despite the value being good the organisation is too sloppy to be viable. I live relatively far away and they promised to send me the all important removable retainer for ending my aligner treatment which would double up as the whitening tray for the whitening gel I had already bought from them.It took 3 weeks of me chasing up for them to even get around to saying they had sent it and then it still hasn't arrived well over a month later. Emails get ignored. Even aside from this issue, there was lots of chasing up required for certain things.In general, they have poor communication and organisation which ultimately leaves paying customers to pick up the pieces (I am not on NHS).I have had to find elsewhere, indeed my teeth may even have moved a bit already without the permanent retainer. If they had just required me to come and collect it at the start rather than making it clear they would send things (like they had sent some trays in the past albeit even then they needed chasing up) then it would have been less of an issue.Take this as a warning that they are undependable, unreliable and disorganised. Expect that if you go ahead.

I have been with the Butts Dental practice for a number of years, they helped solve most of my dental needs, and these days I visit them for regular health check-ups.What they did for me was:A number of dental implants, with great precision, quality and care. They have a 3D-scan that allows computer modelling of the positioning of dental implants and calculating the precise shapes of the crowns. Further, the implants team did a high precision-computer-model-guided drilling. Truly impressive with the skills and the procedure. For the drilling procedures I had asked not to do sedation, and it felt great too.The rest of the dental care, filling, crowns, complex root canals was superb.I believe Google reviews doe not allow names to be mentioned, but the teams who provided my dental care would know who they are.I'd highly recommend the practice.Thank you, team!
