David is a very helpful and patient instructor. He always tries to boost your confidence, and when you make mistakes, he would always ask your own thoughts first instead of telling you what you should have done. This will help you think independently and learn faster. I'd like to express my thanks to him for instructing me to pass the driving test.

David has been a fantastic driving instructor these last four months. As a US-driver coming to the UK, there was so much I had to learn about the roads and change about my driving practice. David taught me actionable and memorable maneuvers and routines that expanded my knowledge of driving considerably and helped me adapt to the UK system. David was honest with me about my abilities and coached me through the various competencies I would need to pass my test. Thanks to David, I passed my test first time with only one minor (which happened to be the very first thing David ever identified as a problem in my driving!) I’m so thankful for David- he’s opened up Scotland and the UK to me, and I’ll miss our talks about tennis, world affairs, and DIY home repairs!Trust David and you’ll pull through.

My daughter started her driving lessons with David in the day after her 17th birthday in January 2023 and passed her test first time in April. David was flexible with his lessons, picking her up from school and dropping her at home at the end of her lesson. Great tuition and a friendly instructor: effectively running through the required skills but fun too. She did her test in Musselburgh and the last couple of weeks lessons focused on mock tests in the area which made a real difference. Thanks so much David - Mia very grateful!!
