Nechells Dental Clinic

Phoned up to try & register as a new patient, person on the phone was rude & unhelpful. She said i needed to bring proof of benefits & i.d. When i asked what forms of i.d i needed to bring with me, she tutted & said i needed photo i.d, either passport or driver's license. I said i had neither, but i could provide proof in the way of my birth certificate, national insurance, council tax bill and bank statement. She snapped that if i didn't have any photo identification, she wouldn't bother to register me & slammed the phone down on me. I am absolutely disgusted with her attitude and would avoid this place like the plague. If the receptionist is this rude to people over the phone, i can't imagine what the service is like in it's day to day running of the place. I would rather let all of my teeth fall out than go to this place for treatment.

The staff were very friendly and polite. It was probably the best customer service I have ever received. I got all my teeth cleaned and polished and it was quick and painless. Big shoutout to Dr Shaeeda Begum and her assistant. Some lovely people for real.

They don’t even deserve a star. Unprofessional staff, poor service and lack of hygiene. I never ever seen a dentist using her finger to fill a patient’s tooth. Receptionist is rude and ignores patients. This practice should be shut at all.

The worse dental clinic I call for emergency twice a few months ago the said it’s not dentists available and I went to private clinic .I did call today and asking for emergency visits Rose lady at reception told me the dentist not available . They should close it avoid this dentist clinic please since Dr Hashemi left get worse and not good dentist

tooth broke, in pain called for emergecy but was told have to re register but then told they cant re-register and have to call 111... very dissapointing attitude.

Amazing lady dentist and lady assistant! So professional and friendly! The best dental experience ever!!!!! Was scared so much and couldn't feel pain at all!! Definitely will be back again soon :) Such a friendly and helpful staff, highly recommend!! :) ❤️

Registered with them for 6 years when I had my teeth filled by Dr Hashimi who is very good dentist so never been there again till last April I went for check up and Dr Hashimi is not there i was told there is a new dentist who did the check up for me and the cleaning but wasn't as goodHowever i had an issue 2 weeks a go I went there for an emergency but my dentist is not there so i was checked by the other dentists which she is a very good dentist as well and was booked for the 17th of October to see my dentist when she comes backI had a call today from the clinic saying she is not gonna be back till April next year so I either wait or register with any dentist somewhere elseVery disappointed ☹️

I went it for an emergency appointment because I was in pain, the staff there are all professional and friendly and the dentist I saw was very helpful and was very experienced. I’ve now switched over to them permanently. Would give them 5 stars for everythingHighly recommend place to go

They Should close this practice, they break your teeth, horrible costumer service,main thing is how they make money

I have been going to Nechells Dentist for many years always find them very friendly and it a good practice when ever they can they are always very accommodating.It also very convenient for me next door is the chemist also optician also a general food store and post office and my doctor.
