Looking for garden furniture. It had a good selection but the chap you was looking after the garden furniture was a bit annoying. Bragging about how much they sold this month and almost implying I couldn't afford the item's I was interested. Ended up purchasing the same item's elsewhere.

Always a good variety in store, prices are reasonable and the staff are brilliant. Some go above and beyond to help you. Shrewsbury store have always been polite, cheerful and helpful.

A good sized warehouse store that has a great selection of items to suit country folk. They have a good selection of homeware, country themed toys (tractors etc), camping goods, outside furniture, a good selection of tools, and clothing and footwear aimed more for country people. They also have a good pet section, as well as gardening section with lawnmowers and chainsaws. Absolutely worth a visit if you have a country or agricultural background.

It's been a while since my last visit and I was pleasantly surprised by the stock and the layout. I was able to find what I wanted and one item was cheaper than B&Q. As it was late there were no queues and the store was quiet.

Charlie's in Shrewsbury is a fantastic store. What don't they stock? They even have a Christmas light lady expert who helped us choose the right lights out of 50 sets or more.I bought the cheapest Ad blue I have ever seen.Great Christmas displays too.

Most of the staff at Charlies in the Shrewsbury store are helpful and polite so it's a shame when one member of staff (especially when it's a manger!) treats customers so poorly. Steer well clear of Andy the manager, he is belligerent and extremely rude. He's is definitely not a people person and obviously a deeply unhappy man who clearly dislikes the public and his job. Avoid like the plague!

Loads to see, huge selection of Christmas items, from trees to stocking fillers and everything in between. Plus all the usual, non seasonal products, plants, bird food, tools, clothing, etc.Huge car parking area, wheelchair accessible.
