SpaDental Tewkesbury

A few months ago I had an bad experience with this dentist, due to my feelings that making money was more important than dental care. Decided to leave the practice together with my wife. At the time I asked that all our details be removed from their system.Today I have received a text from them showing that they are still holding my details on file.Clearly they are not to be trusted.I would advise anyone, rather than go to this practice, to write to their MP telling him/her about the lack of NHS dental care which is forcing you into having to look at private treatment.

I have had several appointments at this dental practice. I have always been impressed with the dentists and the dental nurses.I arrived today for my appointment, which had been booked a few days ago and confirmed via email. However, there appeared to have been an IT issue and someone else had been booked into my appointment time, and I had to return home with my cracked tooth not having been assessed, which is a huge disappointment. So the really good dental practitioners have been let down my their IT - perhaps a paper diary and pen would be a good present for the reception staff.

I actually enjoy my visits here to Mr.Martin. The gentlest and most efficient of dentists makes this a no-fear experience. I am needle-phobic, but have developed a complete trust over the years which overcomes anxiety.The front desk staff are warmly-welcoming and helpful. Street parking nearby is generally possible, and free. Coupled with the beautiful architecture of the High Street makes this an overall positive experience.
