I have been going to Francesca's laser & skin clinic for a few years now for various treatments, including laser hair removal, and top up treatments to this when required.She is a very friendly, bubbly and warming person. She is very easy to talk to and has a very caring approach and listens to what you, as her client, want to achieve with results to your treatment. I was quite nervous about my first treatment and body conscious and Francesca made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed with my treatments.I have just visited her new client which is absolutely stunning.I would highly recommend Francesca to all my friends and family. I've known Fran for many years, I love being treated by her. She is so professional in every thing she does. She is a true perfectionist and will always ensure she goes that extra mile in your treatment. Fran uses really good products and has a very high standard of care for you. I was a serial eyebrow plucker during my teenage/twenties and have always wanted my eyebrows micro bladed but have always been too scared! After speaking with Francesca, I decided to go for it and I’m so glad I did, I couldn’t be happier with the results. Francesca was very professional and reassuring before, during and after the treatment, she has done an amazing job and I will definitely be returning for a touch up when needed! I’m excited to try new treatments with Francesca in the future.

Francesca is a thorough professional, with years of experience, makes you feel at ease, is very genuine/caring, understanding, and provides enough information whilst carrying out the treatment and also aftercare. I feel like I'm in safe hands when I have a treatment and am more than satisfied. I also find the prices to be reasonable and affordable. The new premises are lovely and spacious with car parking so this is really helpful. I can always rely on Francesca to fit me in last minute or understand when I might need to cancel an appointment.
