Sad to see dozens of plants outside Asda today dying due to lack of being watered , not only is it a waste of decent plants but a cost that will surely be passed onto the customer . Takes only minutes to water them

Toilets are too dirty to use,I packed all my items on to the disabled cash register. All in order frozen food first as I wasn’t going to be home for a while and ready to pack into my freezer bag.The woman at the till picked random items from further back., I grabbed a bag and she snapped and said “”oh need a bag I’ll charge you for that shall I “”Well yeah you can count how many bags I have at the end.When you’re struggling to use your arms and try and use a disabled cash register thinking it would be easier.Why would she stretch to the back, when nothing was jammed then back to the front and put two out of four boxes of fish through, then at the back to get biscuits.I think she did this just to irritate me.And yeah the toilets are rank, the chicken packaging were all broke leaking, went to wash my hands.No small trolleys to be seen even though it was quiet .

Not a nice place.Asda is rubbish! Their customer service is terrible, and their products are always low quality. I've had multiple bad experiences shopping there, and I'm fed up with it!

I took my 83 y/o mother to Asda, Caerphilly today and I must say that you are a disgrace with no concern for the elderly or infirm.You have got rid of the vast majority of manned checkouts in your sickening quest to force your customers onto self serve. My Mum was left waiting 35 minutes in a horrendous queue to be served, while self service was reasonably quiet. All the Issa brothers are interested in is reducing overheads to increase their dividends. To hell with the customers and staff. You are a disgrace who have no intention of listening to your customers. Maybe this is why so many customers; myself included, have abandoned Asda for Aldi.

large store with plenty of parking. Various style trollleys are available & accessible as well as numerous electric sit & ride ones. Pharmacy is small but always have items in stock & staff very helpful.....Toilet area is always clean . Foyer entrance can sometimes be a bit cluttered....store has lots of produce and shelves are usually restocked well.. Large clothing area but no changing room available.....nice cafe area....

Ten check outs and only 3 manned. How can I self scan a large trolley, full of groceries? Employ more staff, Asda make fortunes.

This Asda is a big superstore groceries and home and kitchen supplies also clothes. I haven’t used the dining area so can not comment. There is a large car park so never really had trouble parking. It’s conveniently located with a petrol station and car wash on site.

Used to shop here once a week sometimes twice a week. Stopped about 2 months ago after noticing the prices going up making Asda more expensive than Tesco. The quality and availability of the products also went down and less choice than Morrisons and Tesco. I popped in recently and by the end of my shop regretted it, only 2 cashiers and a queue of about 5-6 people at each till. Not helped by the fact that the cashier would stop scanning to chat, I spent more time in the queue than I did going around the shop. Also could do with more ‘little’ trollies. The only reason I stop here now is for the petrol but I had to stop doing that after the kiosks closed forcing people to use pay at the pump.
