My experience at Specsavers bilston, was extremely professional, Teresa was very professional in explaining everything,I needed to know regarding my glasses.I would highly recommend.Thank you Teresa & Specsavers.

Cannot rate the service and people that work here highly enough. Took my (87 yr old) father-in-law for an eye test here. This was his first eye test for over 4 years for various reasons including medical treatment he has been having on his eyes. Ajay did his eye test and a subsequent follow up when we went to collect his new glasses. The follow up was to explain to my father-in-law why his vision was not 100% even with his new glasses (all due to the medical treatments he had been having). Ajay was unbelievably helpful at explainging this in very clear and understandable layman" language. My father-in-law who was initially extremely frustrated and somewhat annoyed when he tried his new glasses on came away very happy with the explanation and understanding that he got from Ajay. Absolutely amazing to receive this level of care and service!! The other staff in the store were fantastic as well. Special shout out to the person who did my pre-test

Very unprofessional girl on counter today need more training as some staff saying something else and she just don’t want to understand the problemWas using this branch from years for my family but unfortunately moving to different optician because of 1 unprofessional staffMy daughter glasses frame broke twice in 1 month and last Friday been there and was advised that better to bring daughter so they can change the frame as it’s keep breaking so today book half a day of work so can take my daughter. But when we was there today she refused to change the frame and want to charge us to fix the same frame and my daughter will be without glasses for 2 weeks in a month again very unprofessional very disappointed with the service

Have been a regular of this Specsavers store for about 30 years. After today's visit I will definitely not be returning - ridiculous store layout (I was pompously informed the layout has always been like that - no it hasn't). There appears to be a change of staff - the only person I recognised was Teresa who has been there years and is an asset to the store - maybe the new faces should take a leaf out of her book and learn how to speak to customers ☹
