It seemed well set up for social distancing, staff were particularly friendly and helpful- Phil was the member of staff who was behind the counter and he was most helpful. The car was clean and tidy and staff were on hand to show me the operation of the vehicle. All in all a great experience and I will use Thrifty again no doubt.

Terrible trying screw me over with a £50 charge because thier car has got a slow puncture even tho they inspected and gave the ok on collection i knew this company was going to be dodgy when i whent to get car then you see all the other reviews

We received are car from Thrifty car hire via Direct Line, it came Friday it smelled of cigarette smoke, the seats where stained and the inside had not been cleaned, I informed the driver delivering the C3 and he agreed and said contact the office Monday, great service.Direct line does not come out well on this as this is the company they use if you need a replacement car.Let's see what happens Monday when I office.Not happy.

Went to get car then they asked for 500. Pouch deposit. I couldn't find it so they said couldn't rent. Also said I couldn't get refund of my upfront payment. I am disabled still no luck ,if that is the right phrase. I am on pip and ESA as my only income, 110.06 is an amount I cannot afford to lose
