I do circuit training and kickboxing here every Wednesday with my children. It is fantastic and an amazing atmosphere!!I was so worried about first going because everyone would have formed their own clicks etc but I was wrong! Everyone is made to feel welcome and accepted by everyone! Wish I had started sooner!
