We are still at the planning application stage, but so far our experience working with HebHomes has been excellent. Very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional service so far. Looking forward to getting to the construction phase!

Building a house could be seen as a daunting prospect to someone like me with no building experience. Heb Homes made the experience pleasurable, exciting and seamless. Not only did they help and guide me through the process but the end result far exceeded my expectations. The house is practical, light and very well designed making it an ideal home for my family. It makes me smile every day as I look out of the large windows and the view.

Our assigned architect was helpful, patient, engaging and came up with some innovative solutions for what was a non-standard build (it's a demolish and rebuild).. We were uncertain about some stages of the process - how everything fitted together - as we were unlikely to go for full turnkey. Much of the documentation and process has been updated I believe. The standard layout for our kitchen area was not inspiring, but we ended up with a much more appealing design. I understand a full site visit is now standard, which would avoid some of the complications we had; I think a few more face-to-face meetings (difficult admittedly with COVID) would have been productive - emails and even Zooms with screen sharing doesn't quite have same issue resolution outcome. We are out of planning and building warrant stage, and about to embark on the kit phase.

We're currently in the process of having Heb Homes help us build our new house and so far it has been a great experience! We have project manager Ami undergoing our planning permission and she has been so helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. She's great at communicating and keeping us updated every step of the way. We're ooking forward to hopefully receiving a successful planning application and continuing the journey with Heb Homes to apply for Building Warrant and receive our lovely house kit! I recommend using this company if you'd like a super stressfree approach to building a modern, beautiful home. Thanks :)

Although our project ended up never going past site inspections and initial surveys, as we ran into several obstacles that were too substantial to be overcome, we really enjoyed our interactions with Lewis Hutchinson who was in charge of our project. Lewis was efficient, professional, friendly, and we valued his professional advice greatly. HebHomes have now done a substantial number of projects, and have as a result accumulated a substantial amount of experience, which we found invaluable. We loved the HebHomes design and would have no hesitation in using the company again if the right opportunity came along.

Excellent product, constructed my house ten years ago and have loved living in it. Low cost house to operate which is robust in poor weather. Would highly recommend.

We’ve been in the house for nearly ten years and it still feels new. Looks neat from the outside and fits the landscape well, but inside it feels spacious. Well planned with lots of storage space and the insulation is excellent. Even in Skye winters we barely use the log burning stove. Really good company to work with.

Having built 2 previous homes, I feel I am a fairly experienced self builder. I cannot recommend highly enough HebHomes, their people and product are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble for them. Building your own home can be a stressful and it comforting to have such wonderful support from the Hebhomes team.

Fabulous award winning tried and tested contemporary homes. Super efficient and light and airy. Well considered proportions and space for a fair budget. Great first time builder option. Lovely bunch of helpful people.
