Gavin and the whole team at the accommodation were absolute stars. The room was super clean, really great value and I felt genuinely welcomed during my stay. Would 100% recommend and hope to visit again soon.

Lovely place. Everything automated so didn't meet the owners but all went like clockwork. In a nice area of Brighton, very quiet despite being not far from the centre.

Helpful and Clean place to stay.I had to stay there in an emergency and booked it very late close to 11pm. The details arrived for the entrance, etc immediately. I called for assistance since I missed the emails and Gavin was a great help in answering me and came around to give me the parking permit - you can buy a daily parking permit from them directly. Will certainly use them again. Thank you.

Just come back from a little break in Brighton and glad I booked this place.Staff were really friendly and helpful.The room is good value, with a great location and everything you would want in the room.Linen and towels spotless,this place is a credit to Gavin.

Lovely accommodation. Host was fantastic, customer service was second to none, he couldn't have been more helpful.Accommodation was just away from the centre enough that a good nights sleep was guaranteed.The room itself was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were great. Housekeeping is daily unless told otherwise but the tea boat was replenished daily and the room kept in good order.15 minute walk into brighton past a host of good restaurants, cafés bistros and thrift shops.Will be staying here when i come back for sure.

Beautiful room, perfect location, flawless service.The room was very spacious with a comfy and large bed. Thick carpet was a bonus, after a long day walking. The bathroom was also a very good size with amazing shower.Location was perfect, right in the heart of Kemp town. Lovely restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk in either direction. Found a parking space really quickly just 2 minutes walk away.Great value for money compared to similar in the area.Will look to stay again when next in Brighton

Just had an amazing stay at the Brighton Inn Boutique Guest House. Firstly, what a great location, literally a stone's throw from the seafront and the hustle and bustle of Brighton's town centre, without being right in the middle of it which my son and I loved (we like having fun, but also appreciate a quiet undisturbed night's sleep at the end of it)! Also, there are some great cafes, restaurants and bars on the very same street that the guest house is located on serving top quality brunches, lunches and suppers. The local pub even had a great jazz trio playing on a Thursday night while I enjoyed a single malt.The rooms here are ultra clean, comfortable and well appointed. Everything we needed was there and a powerful waterfall shower set us right in the morning, ready to face the day.An extra special thanks go to the friendly housekeepers who made us feel so welcome as well as Gavin, Jason and the whole team for having us. Thanks for being such great hosts. The family and I will definitely be staying with you again!

Great location - super choice of cafe / bars very close. Room was spotless. We stayed 2 nights and it was perfect - we’ll be back!

Great value hotel. Self check in. Rooms was spotlessly clean and maintained well. Bathroom is massive with rainfall shower. Our only negative was found mattress to hard but that personal preference! Location is great to have a stroll to brighton pier literally 10-15 minutes walk
