Right from the first contact, and warm valuation visit from Paul, we felt that Edwards were supporting and advising us well. The property went swiftly to market, they kept all their promises and we had email feedback on every viewing. We had a (good quality) buyer within 2 weeks, and Nathan then kept in touch as the sale went through - we even had a last-minute need for a tradesman to fix a snag before completion (and their recommendation was first-class) .. all round perfect estate agent support.

I would give zero stars if I could, terrible service. Even the directors are incapable of simple tasks, they only care about the landlord and never return your calls. Upon check out, Edwards did absolutely nothing to check if the landlord was claiming money from us without good reason. Such as being charged for trimming bushes which was stipulated as something we were not allowed to do as part of our contract. This was just one of the reasons the landlord they chose to work with attempted to rob our deposit, another reason was that they attempted to charge us for a chip in the bathtub that was clearly mentioned in our check in inventory, again edwards made no effort to check the inventories.

Thoroughly recommend them! We had a lot of bad luck meaning our house purchase took nearly a year, but Nathan and team were excellent throughout. Very supportive and helped when things fell through. Couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thank you!

Was not impressed with the service or competence of Edwards as a tenant, possibly one of the worst I've dealt with, emails with incomplete, missing or wrong information, returning calls is almost non existent, will definately avoid properties with them in the future!

They recommended an excellent solicitor and provided first class communication throughout the whole process. I have been buying and selling property for over thirty years and these are some of the best agents I have dealt with.
