I cannot thank all the team enough, mostly thank you so much too Nia and Becky for their kind, compassionate and informative updates on Alfie. He is not out of the woods completely yet, but I knew he was in safe hands with the team. They explained everything so professionally, but with such compassion. Can’t thank you all enough ❤️Alfie said thank you so much too ❤️We will email you all an update on him asap ❤️

I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care and support we received from Valley Veterinary Hospital during a recent emergency with our dog. From the moment we stepped through the door during the out-of-hours service, the team took our situation seriously and did everything within their power to help. The vets and nurses were always transparent and took the time to explain the situation thoroughly, they kept us informed with daily updates and encouraged us to call in frequently to check on her wellbeing. We were comforted by how much they loved and cared for our dog who they had only just met. Our dog is fussy about who she likes and she definitely loved everyone there. We didn't catch everyone's names and this goes to all of the staff, but special thanks to Anna, Emily, Laura, Stanza and Tom.They undoubtedly saved our dogs life and we are eternally grateful, we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of exceptional veterinary care.

My puppy broke his leg and i can honestly say the service, knowledge, and empathy is outstanding! I’m sure I’ve tested their patience, but you would not know it. The surgeon even came to my car and made sure my puppy cage was padded so my pup had the best journey home. But seriously, every encounter with every member of the team is exemplary. They clearly lover animals. xx

They took amazing care of my dog in ICU, were kind and compassionate and got him well enough to come home. They have been great since with my worried phone calls when my regular vet is closed and give honest feedback. The hospital itself is incredible, the reception staff and clinical staff all seem to genuinely care. Thank you everyone your kindness, it will not be forgotten.

Due to emergencies in the past, both my rabbits have been registered at Valley vets. With previous emergencies, they kept my rabbits alive but nothing more. They did not listen to me properly and failed to diagnose my rabbit properly. I had to ask them to run basic tests as they simply forgot. I did not leave them a bad review at that time as they kept my rabbit alive and that was important to me and I was grateful. (Cost me approx 9k).Skip forward to today, my rabbit fell ill suddenly at 2am and they are my closest emergency vets. Despite pleading them to take my rabbit in for treatment, they refused because I am registered to a different day specialist. I could not reach my usual vet as they were closed and explained to valley vets about the situation but they refused to take in my rabbit. I managed to get my rabbit treated at a different emergency vet and they did not even question if I am registered with them. They simply started the treatment straight away. Valley vets are great for draining your pockets but nothing more. For exotics, I do not recommend even venturing near these heartless people. Anyway, thank you Valley for not accepting my rabbit because you are useless anyway and good riddance.

I cannot thank this vet enough for the care they gave to my parents dog last week. Sadly we had to make the difficult decision to put him to sleep and the amount of care and companion the whole team gave us was fantastic. It was the middle of the night, we were very upset and stressed, but the team talked us through the process with great empathy and compassion. From the receptionist, nurses and Vet Rory the team here are fantastic and we could not have asked for a nicer team to care for our family dog and ease him to sleep. Thank you!

Refusing to even have my dog examined when it was very ill late at night, even though my dog was being cared for by a family member, was a disappointment. If they had simply performed their job, perhaps my dog wouldn't have been diagnosed as critical and could have avoided spending four days in intensive care. As a veterinarian stated, it was unbelievably lucky for my dog to survive what she has been through and earlier care would have been beneficial to her care.It is mind-blowing and, quite frankly, disgusting that a veterinary hospital would refuse to even examine a critically ill dog.

Vet Nia offered words of comfort, advice and support during the weekend our beloved Twinkle took a turn for the worst. From the first moment I spoke with Nia she was able to talk in a way I have never experienced before. Not only did she show complete understanding to our situation her empathy was genuine and her concern for our pet was real. She gave me hope in the moments when things improved and she was able to help me come to painful decisions by being truthful, compassionate and ultimately putting the needs of our pet first. Twinkle passed minutes before we arrived and Nia again was able to talk to us in a way I will never forget and wish I was able to do for others in distress. She is a genuinely compassionate and empathetic person with the ability to say the right words at the right time and i couldnt have wished for a better Vet to care for my rabbit. The world needs more Nias. Rest in peace Twinkle, we love you xxx

Whilst I respect their work and expertise and have no personal issue with the practice, the system it is a part of is unreasonable and in my view, unjustifiable. Our dog accidently swallowed a sultana and they charged us £400 to induce vomiting and gave us some charcoal meds. Shocking how the system could exploit our compassion and love for our pet like this. Something desperately needs to change! Emergency hours or not (8pm)

We wanted to say thank you to the vet and the clinic for the kindness and compassion they showed for our dog being euthanised out of hours. It’s a really hard situation for any dog owner but they were very understanding and took us to a nice room, laid a bed out for him, gave us some space and were really gentle and personable with a dog they’d never met. The vet treated him like it was their own pet. The vet was really kind to our dog and to us and we really appreciate the way they made a difficult experience more bearable. Would definitely recommend as an out of hours service where your usual vet is unavailable. Thank you.
