Our surveyor was Kamran.He spent time explaining the terms of engagement and spoke to the estate agents. A very thorough report was compiled with extensive photos along with laymen explanation. The property was going to be purchased as it looked evidently good. However Kamran's report identified extracted bathroom moisture was being vented into the roof space which had affected the roof structure. External electrical surveying services were procured by Home surveys specialist ltd to determine the quality of electrical installation which also saved £100s.Overall an exceptionally good service for the value gained in savings.Thank you
