Bowker Blackburn MINI

Just picked up a used mini from Bowker Blackburn. What can I say except that this is by far the best mini garage I’ve dealt with after dealing with a number over the years in the North West.Customer service is brilliant and the whole process was easy and chilled.Eleanor is a credit to the business!Would highly recommend!

Just took delivery of my pre-owned Mini. First class service from all the team. Thanks to Joey Foster who took care of all the sales side, the accounts team who sorted the banking stuff and the telephone receptionist who was charming. Brilliant experience and really enjoying the new car. Cheers.

Full service for mini completed 7 days ago. When I settled the bill, the staff member advised that the cost had worked out cheaper than quoted. I paid in good faith the revised amount only to be bombarded with phone calls, voicemails and text messages advising that I owe money. I was advised that I had not paid the original quoted price. No apology or explanation. I do not appreciate receiving voice mails stating ‘ I have called 4 times now ‘Despite being assured the full service was completed, there are now 2 warning lights on the dashboard meaning that the car needs to return which is highly inconvenient. Poor customer service and aftercare.

Travelled quite a distance to buy my new (used) Mini . Quite by far the most professional and friendly Mini dealership I dealt with . Particularly Eleanor who answered my , many and frequent, email questions.Would highly recommend .

Called in to see a car advertised on Autotrader. The car wasn't on site so they took my details and I was promised a call the following week to let me know when the car was on site. Since then nothing.Update 8th DecemberI've been contacted by the Sales Manager who picked up my review. We've discussed the lack of communications and I'm glad to say the problem has been resolved.

Asked for a quote for a catylic converter was quoted £900 absolutely not a chance. Rang a recommended garage by Kwik fit £270 so why I was quoted £900 is beyond me

We collected our new Mini almost 2 weeks ago and could not be any happier with it. Having never owned a Mini, we are very impressed with the spec and features. I am always apprehensive visiting car showrooms because of the 'salesman' tactics which can be experienced. Joey was the complete opposite and couldn't have been more helpful. He kept us up-to-date during the manufacturing process, even arranging a last minute change. Purchasing our car was a refreshing experience, all of the team were approachable and friendly. We couldn't recommend Mini Bowker Blackburn enough and will definitely be back!!
