Part exchanged my car in for another. So easy, Steph made the process simple and straightforward. Not pushy at all just honesty and integrity. Can't fault the service from Steph at all from before we picked up to ironing out a few niggles afterwards. Top garage and this is our 3rd car from Quest. Would highly recommend and always busy with Sales so that speaks volumes.

We'd almost lost hope of securing a purchase for the make/model/transmission of car we were searching for. We're not ones to settle for anything, everything had to be right; mileage, economy, insurance etc. Following at Auto Trader search, we found what we were looking for however, it was a 3 hour drive away. We couldn't find the time to fit that in and so, hesitantly approached Quest in the hope of a positive online purchase experience. We explained our fears of not seeing the car in the 'flesh' however, our concerns soon disappeared when we realised that we could not have been in safer hands. Stephanie Thomas went above and beyond to assist with our purchase. We must have received at least 4 video clips of the car showing, in great detail, the paintwork, interior, alloy wheels and the engine running. She was very honest about a minor paintwork defect that was quickly rectified and evidenced with another video. The transaction was extremely smooth and we were delighted with our purchase. We would have no hesitation in dealing with Quest again. Highly recommended!

The experience with Darren Smith when part exchanging my car for another has been achieved with professionalism on his part, no pushy sales talk just left me to make my own mind up. Everything that I asked for on the new car was done before collection. A happy experience.

I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Quest. Having spent £20k on a car in April 22, it has endlessly been in the garage with multiple issues. The service has been good in responding but this resolving has still been at my cost. Due to the volume of problems I don’t believe the vehicle was in good condition when I brought it

We met Richard last week after looking at several other garages. He was polite and approachable. He showed me a car I wanted to look at, when it didn't quite sit with me he showed me two more, neither of which were quite what I was looking for so he told me about a car he knew was coming in.and said he would email me the details later that day which he did. I had asked another garage to do the same and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. Richard hit the nail on the head with the car. I reserved it straight away, took it for a test drive today and drove away with it. One very happy customer. I cannot praise Richard highly enough for his above and beyond approach to his job.

Excellent Customer Service from the 1st visit to Richard Cowan; initially to discuss options for a new vehicle linked to specific needs of my sister in law. Ultimately led to a purchase of Suzuki S Cross via Motability Scheme and this was a seemless process culminating in taking delivery 31st October; which was only a few weeks from visiting the showroom with sister in law.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Braintree branch of Quest Motor group. I was looked after very well and had everything explained clearly. Special mention for Anton who made the whole process very straight forward and easy - I was not looking forward to the search for a new car. He is personable and friendly.
