Mercedes-Benz - Northside Truck and Van Ltd

Very poor standard of service. Waited 31 mins and 12 secs before putting the phone down trying to get through to service today. Also when I took my van in for a service recently, the staff on the desk completely ignored me. They just stood there and didn't even acknowledge me. I went to MB thinking they would be the best, very disappointed so far.

Never been any good.. always an excuse for failure to stick to promised return time

Needed a new nox sensor for my sprinter. These guys are the only ones who can get one in a 200mile radius. Obviously you pay more at main dealers but service was impeccable. They even replaced my manky Mercedes badge on the steering wheel which I didn't ask for. Really nice touch

Hi I work for Lew electrical in Sheffield. Northside had my work Van in 19 SEP 23 And I pick it up this morning. And it was very clean inside. I have had my work Van in some garages and it as been dirty in side and the steering wheel too but not at Northside it was very clean.

Pulled in today and needed a bulb so I could get home. Supplied and fitted in 15 minutes. 250 mile journey home sorted. 10/10 service.
