I booked this skip online the day before was given an all day appointment 8-5 and at 8am on day of delivery I.e today the lorry was sat outside with the skip absolutely brilliant service as where we live we are never first on an all day appointment.

Phoned for advice on skip size which they were very helpful with. Ordered and skip delivered next morning, filled they same day phoned next morning and they took away the same morning. Delivery drivers were excellent in the hottest ever temperatures.

I've used AKS Load and Go twice now after a bad experience with a different Norwich based skip company. AKS are fantastic, great communication, quick, the gentlemen who come and clear are exactly that. Friendly, efficient, can't fault in any way. Will defo be using again no doubt as this property just keeps giving!

Call handlers and skip operators are always lovely, in good cheer and happy to help. We’ve had an embarrassing amount of skips whilst we renovate our house and we would continue to use them going forward.
