FAKE SCREENS! I needed my phone screen fixing several months ago. Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices!! I paid £65 and was given a fake screen, my phone worked normally with only a few issues with the screen for a couple of months and then one day I woke up to a blank screen but could hear my notifications still going off. I then had to pay a further £110 at a new trustworthy store for a real screen, absolute scam!

went in for a phone screen replacement. The first screen they fitted was faulty and the screen would just turn off completely when the battery was low (even though you could feel that the phone was still powered on). went to get it replaced again and the exact same thing has happened. The quality of screens used here are really bad and I would recommend not going here, complete waste of £100.Additionally they don’t actually offer a 3 month warranty, it’s only 30 days on the warranty slip which they took away the second time they replaced the screen so will have to go and pay to get it repaired elsewhere.Definitely pay a bit more and get your screen repaired at a more reputable store than here.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Very badly run business, believe all the negative reviews because they are true. Ruined a perfectly good phone. these people aren't the knowledgeable experts they claim to be, just some guys trying their luck in whatever makes money.I took my cracked phone screen to get repaired, after dismantling, they realised they had the wrong screen, put the cracked one back on & told me to come back the next day. Next day, after getting repaired, they quoted me a much higher price but honored the original price. After leaving, I realised I had issues with the fingerprint, my bluetooth, data, WiFi & GPS didn't work making the phone completely useless. I searched online and realised the parts responsible for these functions had been damaged because they weren't careful during the number of times they had to take the screen off. I explain all this & the owner got verbal raising his voice at me 'how dare I accuse him blah blah',did not even want to figure out a solution because they know they messed up. Instead of responding to the aggression, I calmly asked for them to take their screen & give me my money back which he begrudgingly did after telling me they usually operate a no refund policy confirming even they knew he messed up & could do nothing to fix it. Got no apologies, nothing.I wasted my time going back & forth with them and ended up with a phone worse than before I went to them. Don't be fooled by the cheap price they're offering!

Most helpful they help me save £35 by using an alternative method and also didn't ask for any money as always very good service

Nothing more stressful than when you have an essay due and your phone breaks, I took my phone into here thinking I’d waiting over a day with the state of my phone - it was done in an hour! Really good price too, student discount. They also helped me when my phone was frozen for free

This is the 3rd time I've used Dr Mobile in Radford and I'm just as impressed as the last 2 times with his ability to fix what seems unfixable, for a reasonable price and within the hour. Screensaver was thrown in for free too. Service with a big smile, thank you!

Had phone battery for £25 replaced, I presumed will be new one as new batteries on Amazon costs £19 . Returned on same day as noted run out quicker than my old battery. They admitted it was used battery but it should be good and I should try for one month. As no time to waste and return I replaced again by someone else with brand new battery for less money and working perfectly. I advise to check on Amazon price of brand new batteries on Amazon and insist before the work that they use only new batteries.
