Nice clean airport with a free shuttle train service from North to South terminals. A selection of shops and bars and food shops. A train station to get into London and to the South West . Clean toilets and everything uou need if you have disability problems. The staff are helpful and informative. A good experience overall

The London Gatwick Airport was so welcoming although our bags at the moment is still stuck in Doha but we are likely getting them delivered in 3days above all it was a pleasant journeyUpdate: Our bags found its way to us , they delivered it to the house directly so 10/10 I recommend

Aeropuerto a 1 hora aproximadamente del centro de Londres, con bastantes comunicaciones tanto de bus como de tren a diferentes estaciones.Para la afluencia de pasajeros tan grande tiene pocas sillas para sentarse.Tiene todos los carteles en inglés así que es una dificultad para los que no saben este idioma.Buena comunicación entre la terminal norte y la sur con una lanzadera que dura unos 3 minutos.

The airport can easily be reached by train, coach or car from London (surrounding area). The airport has 2 terminals that are connected via an airport train (runs smoothly every 5-7 min).Options for fast track security check-in is available. You will find lots of affordable shops, restaurants and a lounge.I most recently (October/ November 2023) used the access service at the airport. Please note that you have to inform your airline in advance before being able to use this service.When I touched base with the disability team, I was offered to sit in their separated area. After the boarding gate had been confirmed, I was transferred via an airport vehicle. What I really appreciated was the option to check-in separately from the others. I was taken to an empty waiting area where I was seated with a few other people. From the waiting area, I was escorted to another vehicle that transferred me directly to the airplane.I have to say that the service I received was outstanding. It was by far the smoothest flight experience which suited my challenging overstimulation and anxiety linked to my condition.Additionally I was able to take my friend with me, which was great as her support was needed throughout the entire trip.

One of the well organized airport I have ever seen. You can find there everything you need. Assistants very helpful everywhere.Clean and tidy.Easy access to the bus and train station will connect you with the whole UK.You know what? It's cool in winter, please more heating will be really appreciated.
