Bradcot Awnings Direct

Would like to highly recommend Bradcot especially Martin and his team. We bought a second hand 260 module and rang Martin as wanted to make it bigger.He talked me through and helped with measurements. Then let me know they had what we needed in the clearance. We had our extensions and front closure delivered within 3 days. Absolutely fantastic awning now at half the price!!!!. Me and my husband are chuffed to bits and would highly recommend Bradcot!!.

Echoing other posts, I had ordered but due to a change in circumstances had to cancel the order, contacted almost daily and fobbed off as to my refund was. Fortunately I paid via credit card so managed to get money back via claim. Throughly disappointing, I would have come back and ordered at a later date had things been managed a little better. Although looking at their financial statements on companies house makes me think they might not be around much longer...

Having bought a awing from these wish I'd read reviews cos would not have bought this now seen photos and same faults have happened to mineBought mine from Catterick caravans got recommended by sales man said best seller but had nowt but faults with itLeakszips don't close properly (sticking comes away)Storm straps come away from clothCloth on roof not fit for snow as to heavy and cloth ripsContacted them not interested come back with sorry someone will get in contact with you been waiting 5days now17-04-2023

If I could give zero i would. We were at the NEC in Feb. We almost bought from a different company but bradcot won us over saying they were British made" and really sold to us. Told us to expect by mid April. Gave until May and nothing. No contact. Tried to call no answer. Left voicemail to no return. In the end we used an online contact form. Told them we are cancelling and want a refund as we need the awning for a family holiday. Tried to talk us out of it even offered to borrow us one and said "I will try to move forward" apparently this was the owner. Where we found out they also are NOT British made. Owner goes off to the country they are made! So owner tries to talk us out of it. We still say cancel. He says its now cancelled and should.be in within days but call if not. So we do and suprise he isnt there

My wife and I have ordered a Air awning from bradcot at the NEC February 2022 paid in full told delivery would be in April no awning delivery after chasing them I was told it would be delivered in July still no awning phoned them again the told it would be delivered by August 17th still no awning so I cancelled the order and asked for my money back they told my that they have cancelled it and the money will be refunded in due course here we are September 8th still no refund and now they are not answering my phone calls or emails and they are holding onto £1,100.00 of my money it is absolutely disgraceful it is so stressful it is a lot of money please don’t use this company if I could give o stars I would but I had to give 1 star to be able to write this review mr p morgan

Bought a replacement pole today because of damage to my original caused by extraordinary winds. Have to say this is probably the third time that I have dealt with the customer service side of Bradcot and evertime the response has been exceptional and results great. Thank you all, especially Martin.

The customer service is dreadful.Ordered a new awning at the NEC in Feb, and paid in full.Salesman said we would have it within 8 weeks.4 months later and no sign of it, not even an expected date.They are not answering emails or returning calls.Very unhappy.No idea yet if the awning will be any good.

I have been waiting over 1 year for useable awning of safe quality. Ordered a modul air v2, waited over 10 weeks for a faulty awning to be delivered that was unusable. Waited for a replacement which was of very poor quality and falling apart in places. Now bradcot are not responding to my emails & calls. Their designs are good, but quality and customer service are the worst I have ever experienced. Avoid.

Thank to Monica, Martin and Mark.We had a concern with our air modul awning on our two week holiday. They tried to support with advice. They didn't have a new replacement bladder in stock. That didn't stop them. They used the bladder for there ex display model. We have it up this weekend with no concern. For me this is good customer service. Thank you all.

Ordered my awning extension over the phone and collected it 2 days later, my order was sorted by mark and loaded in my car by a helpful staff member, well pleased with the product, thank you bradcot.
