Booked an appointment to have my nails done as I was going to a wedding. After travelling 30 minutes to get there the owner Tracey simply said we've had to cancel your appointment as the girl phone in sick. No phone call in advance and no apology. Very poor attitude with no professionalism. This used to be a beautiful place to visit - always busy, happy and extremely clean. It is now very different. I will never go back there and I wouldn't recommend anybody else to either!

Tracy always does a great manicure and pedicure and the finish lasts really well. We have a lovely chat and her prices are fair. Highly recommended.

Really nice people but unfortunately really poor nail extensions! I had a full set of acrylic nail extenions a week ago today and i'm already missing two, through no fault of mine, they are wonky and crooked and don't cover my whole nail, just generally not a good set at all. If you are just looking for shellac on your own nails i'm sure they will be lovely but if you need extensions try somewhere else, don't spend £35 like me on a weeks worth of shoddy looking nails.

Just had my eyebrows tattooed by Tracey. So happy with them , they look perfect and shape is fabulous. With the numbing cream it hardly hurt and can honestly say I didn’t flinch. Felt quite comfortable throughout the process and result is amazing. I would highly recommend as they last so long. I had them done by Tracey 4.5 years ago and they have lasted. Great value for money

So friendly as soon as I walked in and did an amazing job with my nails. Already booked in to go back and see makes a cracking cup of tea!

I've been here three times for a full leg wax and after going somewhere else I now know Perfect it not good at all. The first woman I got so slow I was in for over 75 mins, the second woman went so quick she missed a lot of areas, then the last woman, who was the owner, also missed large patches, which was disappointing before my holiday.The owner is too loud and is uncomfortable to listen to.The place is run down and filthy. The back rooms are in desperate need of a revamp and a good tidy up. Makes me question how dirty are the areas you can't see and the equipment they use.Don't waste your time going to this place, find somewhere nice to go.
