We had our little Lola groomed this morning very happy with the lady who done her really recommend her

Called TrimPet last minute as the dog groomers I'd booked let me down again, my retriever was nervous as she's never been clipped before, they have done a brilliant job on her, although she's still got the hump lol,

Had my lily cut by Elaine on Monday happy with the outcome will definitely book again soon

Groomer failed to turn up. Phone calls unanswered and email of complaint hasn't been responded to either

We saw Elaine today and what a fantastic experience from start to finish!! I have an Irish Water Spaniel, quite a rare bread who is not at all keen on being groomed, as you can see from the pictures though; he really needs it. He is a special boy, I know we all think ours are special but trust me this boy is unique with a capital U!! Elaine was soft and gentle with Gilly, listened to me and gave me exactly I wanted and needed for him. I was even brave enough to let her loose on his top knot :)I really cannot praise her enough, highly recommended from us, I am even working out the best date for our next visit.Thank you for giving us our best grooming experience yet
