One Stop

I just want to say that this rating isn't for the staff, they are lovely and helpful people and I cannot believe the conditions they have to work in.When the warm weather started, it also started being very hot inside the shop. I refuse to believe that it's normal for the inside of the shop to be HOTTER than it is outside. I can barely stand being in that humid heat for the 5 minutes it takes me to buy groceries, I can't imagine how the employees there must feel. Today I walked in and then right out as I felt I was suffocating from the heat.Does your company value money over the wellbeing of employees and customers? Because it sure seems like it. This is disgraceful, One Stop. The conditions these poor people have to work in are inhumane.

Had issues with buying energy drinks and being refused even with ID however after speaking to the manager (Jack) it was all resolved, great management and good prices for all basic necessities and drinks.

WARNING....Avoid cash machine at this establishment at all cost unless its an emergency. The cash machine dispense the wrong cash amount 25% of the time. and if you complain your faced with attitude from the staff.

No Hermes receipts so couldn't send my package. Running a business and quite inconvenient. Won't return.

Just received a scam call from this number claiming to be o2!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM. She put the phone down when I said so.
