The Coombe Barton Inn
Dinner on a beautiful autumn evening in the main dining room at this traditional Cornish coastal pub was very special. The venue is spacious and welcoming if a little busy.The food was top class pub standard, the steak was rare and tender, the fish was Monk in crisp light batter just the way we expected. The staff were polite, friendly and made us feel very comfortable.

It may be the only pub in the village, but it’s a good ‘un. We had some good local beers and ciders then some great pub food. Fresh mackerel was a highlight. Some of the outside tables have a beach view for great sundowner vibes.

Absolutely wonderful. The staff are so friendly and the food is amazing. I had the vegan tagine and it was delicious and so flavourful. The staff were attentive to people who needed cutlery or napkins. A great atmosphere. A very unassuming building and simply but pretty decor. 5/5, would definitely be back. Support local!

We've dropped in for lunch here several times, halfway through a veeeeeery long hike. It's never not the perfect respite – lovely food and lovely people.... and an ice cold pint of Rattler (or two!)

We visited several times for dinner and drinks during our week-long stay in Crackington Haven. They have a nice selection of Cornish beer and gin, excellent food, and great views of the beach. And the bartenders and staff were very nice and helpful.

10/10… you definitely need to book ahead! The last time I dined here it was cavery… speaking to the lady behind the bar that was about 10 years ago…From the moment we walked in we were looked after, a very bright open pub with a fresh barrel of water on the bar.Dogs are welcome, my beef was done perfectly, the wife’s but roast looked almost as nice and not just stuffing.It was also my wife’s birthday and the staff came out to sing happy birthday- thank you

Always warm and welcoming, great sea views and really good food and drink at reasonable prices. A great place to refresh yourself on that warm summer's day (but a better place to shelter from the bracing winds or rain on the other 364 days!)

Best Fish & Chips I ever ate! Very friendly staff, good drinks and Really delicious food. I definetly recommend a visit if you ever come to crackington haven.
