Keepers cottage

Nice little cl but has dated but clean shower/toilet facilities at 50p a shower.Site is right by Blackpool airport so quite a bit of light aircraft and helicopter noise. Pitches are a bit narrow but adequate. Water and drainage on each pitch.Ok for a couple of nights if you want to visit Blackpool or Lytham st Anne's.

Booked this site on Thursday for a quite Saturday night about 1 hour walk from the beach but along busy roads, good eating pub within 15 minutes walk, good sized pitches. However, owners had a party Saturday evening which increased in volume as the Karaoke kicked in. 01.45AM karaoke noise still belting out, no thought whatsoever to the guests on the site. No advance warning when we booked two days prior or when we booked in on Saturday lunchtime. Had we known we would have gone elsewhere. Five hours of karaoke is not what we paid for total disregard to the paying guests.

Just spent 4 days here. Lovely well managed site. Returning again in 3 weeks.

Cracking little CL just outside of Blackpool, friendly owner, bus stop at end of lane, 200 yards walk, clean bog&shower, squirrels galore, little planes taking of all day if that's y thing, buses r doing a £2 one way all day so u can get to Fleetwood & back for £4 same ticket for trams,

Lovely quiet site with just 5 pitches. Small toilets but that's fine, it's enough for the guests they have. £6-8ish for a taxi into Blackpool or St Annes for pubs, restaurants, cinema, gigs etc etc

Lovely little cl site ,very well kept ,the owners are very welcoming and friendly, book in when you arrive and pay ,toilets and showers which are very adequate, 50p for the shower which is very good ,lytham garden centre is at the top of the lane with a brilliant cafe ,and also dog friendly, 10 minutes in the car you are in St annes. We will return to this little gem ,thank you keepers cottage .

Nice clean site plenty of room on pitch with own water electricity.
