If I could give this company 5 star plus I genuinely would. What a great team Serdar and Simon are and the cleanest workmen I've had. Currently renovating my house with no central heating and now thanks to the guys I have a great source of hot water and system to go with it. We bought a new house and quickly discovered we had an emergency plumbing issue with a broken soil pipe that was spewing sewage down the outside wall. Serdar was brilliant and although it was a horrible job for him he completed everything quickly, removing the soil stack and replacing part of the waste pipe for the toilet. He worked really late to make sure he left us with a working toilet, even tho the job became more complicated because of a mistake in the previous plumbers work. We are delighted with his work and had him back the next day to do a gas safety check and fit a new cooker. 100% recommended!

Very reasonable price and quick turnaround and we are very happy with the complete job. Installed very neatly and installed in the exact position we wanted despite not being straight forward. We called ELF late last night as we were getting a loud banging noise from our water tank, water had tripped the fuse box and we had no upstairs lighting. He came out really quickly, found a seal that was fit incorrectly from new. Quickly found the problem, very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended
