Just received a delivery from this company and would highly recommend them. The soil was top class and the driver went out of his way to be helpful as our access is quite difficult but with his expertise he placed the delivery just where we wanted. Will be placing another order with them very soon.

Never been so insulted in all my life. Arrogant and rude driver. Charge 10 pound delivery then ask for extra 20 to use crane on truck or wanted to leave soil in street. Felt like he didn't want my custom and I was a burden. Then just drove away before we concluded the conversation. Doesn't even deserve a star tbh but Google doesn't do minus. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!

Simon was very professional from beginning to end, this was after I had a very bad experience with another supplier based at Runcorn. Like you, as the customer are irritating him by trying to use his business. The most cheeky person I've ever spoke to on the phone! DO NOT use this firm . I asked for a time on my delivery and he spat his dummy out raising his voice at me I told you Am Pm. I don't give times out " He shouted at me phaaaa!! JOKE. Would give no star but I can't"

I run a landscape company and have used Topsoil Supplies for around 14 years. I can wholeheartedly say that the service I have received is 2nd to none.When I make a request for an order, whether it be materials or plant and operator hire, I always get a straight and honest answer, and that's the best way to work. Delivery is always as promised, and not like other companies that promise the world to get the order, then don't deliver (no pun intended)The quality of the materials supplied are 1st class, especially the soil, it's by far the best in Liverpool, and I've tried everywhere.So, if you're looking for quality materials, at a fair price, and a honest and reliable service, then use this company!

Absolute terrible company delivery driver is obnoxious ignorant and rude, speaks to customers like children, I called him to make sure he was coming as he didn't give a time and he answered the phone and said what do you want, his attitude is disgusting, do your self a favour and don't use this service, he is one lazy very obese man, he was so bad I turned him away when he arrived. He does not even deserve the one star raiting only google makes you put it.
