I have just gone to this shop for changing of battery. They explained to me how to test whether the battery is dead or not. Very professional and willing to explain the issue.Excellent services. I will note this shop for my future services.

cant recommend more highly! Had a issue charging phone, thought I had cleaned all fluff out of charging port but took it along to replace charging port and to my surprise there was a ridiculous amount still left. They ordered me a new part to replace the phone which was no longer needed and my phone has been repaired for no cost. I did offer some money for his time but he rejected. Not many honest people like this enough! thank you.

Brilliant service, I had an issue with a hinge on my laptop. Fixed in a DAY! I know this will not always be the case but so impressed and I am grateful to have a business like this in our village.

Cleaned up laptop restored to full capabilities. Man working at the time was very friendly, gave advice on how to prevent it from happening again. Overall great service.

I have been using this shop for a few years now and I cannot recommend the owners and services highly enough.They never fail to go above and beyond at every visit regardless of my enquiry. It is so refreshing to actually look forward to going into a tech shop and know you will be met with great advice and product help, rather than the disdain I have witnessed at other tech shops previously.Today, the owner showed exactly how genuine he is. Whilst shopping with my friend for a new phone, she took very ill and collapsed. He was not at all phased and called the ambulance. Other customers were asked to wait outside to give her privacy. How many shops will risk losing business to help a customer? His only concern was assisting with her recovery.We cannot thank him enough and despite still being at the hospital at 6.30pm. My friend is determined to be at the shop on Monday and completer her purchase. I would never shop for tech anywhere else.customers

Very impressed with the service. In a tier 4 (lockdown) situation able to phone ahead for an appointment within the hour. Screen on IPhone 8 fixed and picked up at collection time given 2 1/2 hours later. Very courteous and helpful service. Great to have a shop locally that are so willing to help. Will use again should the situation occur and will definitely recommend.

Had a problem where by i had lost the Gmail icon and no matter what i did could not re-locate it . Took it into One tech in Carshalton high street on 07/08/23 at about 4.30pm and within a minute it was sorted out by a great husband and wife team who were just so pleasant and polite to deal with something that seems to be lacking in most phone shops. Replaced phone battery within an hour at a very reasonable price. Local shop meant I didn't have to send away for a few days. Would happily use again.
