Avoid, Amy the receptionist decided my emergency wasn’t in fact an emergency, and tried to fob me off before hanging up on me, rude as anything, impossible to get an appointment anyway. So in my case which is an emergency (111 agreed with me) you’re just better off dying because clearly that’s what’s on there agenda,

This review against a GP Doctor at the Portsdown Group Practice who I have been blocked from finishing an internal complaint process against by the Complaints contact handler and from the Police Handlers & Officers refusing to register a statement & evidence of the GP offences, is directly connected to the review about O’Hara Solicitors Waterlooville dated 15 July 2023 on the Review Solicitors website, it is linked to 3 of my family members Deaths [registered to other GP Practices], one being my Father’s sudden Death who was given treatment for a wrong medical diagnosis and died a week after his admission into a Nursing home, 2 days after I reported to his solicitor that his property deeds were missing from his home, my name was removed from his “Will” and replaced with their former secretary’s and my identity stolen., is linked to Hampshire Constabulary Contact Handlers & their selected dispatched Officers; refusing to log his Death [online/at station] or resolve my stolen identity within their records, refuse to log & evidence my police reports and ongoing horrific events or validate the false police reports /several company complaints being made from my hacked phones/4th email account without consent- causing unknown damage from my accounts and to other people., they refuse to log the offences by the GP and Contact call handler, against the Coroner’s officer [ex police] who refused to take my statement for my Fathers inquest or validate his GP medical records with the wrong diagnosis [during the 4 months i was not being hacked on my new phone], emails/ evidence has since been altered/erased in feb 2023 and I was sent a 2nd Google and GP e consult code without requesting it before being obstructed from using the GP online service.,[one Google account says name “Ferguson”, the other stating Amanda Ferguson on the Solicitor’s review.,I am being prevented from reporting the individual contact/ police officers, & ongoing abhorrent events to the IOPC/PCC Donna Jones, MP Penny Mordaunt, from all Legal, Action Fraud and the Gov Fraud prevention services by contact staff and only given verbal confirmation that there are other discrepancies logged within my Hospital NHS records since I made a complaint against the GP and contact/ officers., I discovered that 5 family members and I, [3 deceased] are being exploited through 2-3 different sets of medical and Hampshire Police records, HMLR Records & HRMC debt at false or former addresses, DWP, DVLA, Insurance Claims, and two of us being exploited through HMCTS; via one civil Case we had permitted and over 25 + Court Cases without our consent to which we are being denied reassurance, validation or resolutions., scammed by persons money laundering through HMRC., My identity has been altered/stolen within the GP/Police records, HMRC, and several other gov departments which staff are refusing to resolve; I’ve been registered to 3 separate accounts in 3/4 different surnames- do not have one account containing my two former surnames., And registered in the wrong surname since 1989 within a 2nd GP Practice/record., The respectable Doctor from Portsdown GP who is a former next door neighbour, linked to my Fathers sudden Death [who was registered & treated to a wrong Cancer Diagnosis by a different service & does not have a registered Death certificate after 10 months], is also linked to one of the property addresses stated within his Will, to the property Ltd company scamming us, AND to one or more of the dishonest Court Case Numbers.The GP has registered me to a false paranoia mental health diagnosis and refused to register evidence of my identity theft, has forged & falsified horrific statements preventing me from ever being employment in the future and from being a credible witness to these claims, refused to accept, correct and treat the health symptoms I was suffering from and had registered me with being a risk to my Father, towards the Nurses involved with his Death after I was filmed in a distressed state by persons linked to the property/HMRC misdeeds against us.,

Called to try and book an appointment and was directed to the app. Tried booking an appointment on the app, and even from the time I was told the appointments were refreshed for the next week, there weren't any available. Went there in person and was advised to try econsult on the website, from 6.30 on the next Monday. Went to try at 6.30 the next Monday, none of the links provided any information, and the message at the top said to try again the next day. It seems completely impossible to actually speak to a GP or even do an online consultation!I wouldn't normally leave a negative review, and I appreciate there are lots of budget and staffing issues at the moment. But surely some of these systems can be fixed? I dread to think how people with more serious conditions are coping. Only leaving this here in the hope some good will come of it.

Amazing over the phone GP service. I was able to get antibiotics sent over to Norfolk during the same day when I had tonsillitis with no hassle. The GP was very kind and understanding, could not recommend a better health service.

Next to impossible to get a routine appointment. Tried for weeks to call when the appointment line is meant to open only for it to cut off saying they are closed. After trying repeatedly for 20mins finally get into a queue of 30 only to be told there are no appointment left, try e-consult. Tried repeatedly on e-consult, it's either not open on time or the options don't apply. Told to book on the online system at 7pm when new appointments become available...go online at 7pm, no appointments available!Taken around the houses multiple times, given a routine appointment with a pharmacist technician, who booking line assured twice would be able to issue the medication. Had the call... Told can't issue it, you need to routine appointment with a doctor.Had to call 111 three times to get emergency prescription!!! Pointless waste of time, energy and resources just for a 5min call with a doc!Made an email complaint explaining how we've done everything possible to get a routine appointment only to receive a disgraceful reply implying we're trying to somehow shortcut the system.... You need to follow procedure and make a routine appointment. Utter farce! I would rate them 0 of that was an option. I will be filing an official complaint with Ombudsman and strongly advise you go elsewhere.

Such a frustrating experience dealing with this practice. If you can actually speak to a person the doctors and nurses are lovely and very helpful, but getting to that point is a nightmare! Receptionists are hit and miss, some helpful and some not so much. Getting through on the phone is tricky at best. You have to phone at a specific time, which is very difficult when you work and when you finally get through there are no appointments. I was advised today to fill in another e-consult, it took me four days previously to fill it in as it’s constantly unavailable (or go online tonight to try to find an appointment). I’ve waited for a week to have a reply to my initial e-consult. I went online to fill in yet another form and once again the service is unavailable. Surely the whole point of an online consultation is that it’s available at any time! You never get to see a doctor and rarely get to actually speak to a doctor. I appreciate the health service is overwhelmed, but people go to A&E or a walk in centre as they can’t speak to a GP! It’s no point phoning again as there are no appointments and so it goes on....

Unfortunately can't leave a 0 star review. Receptionist decides whether your problem is an emergency or not, if told no, you have to phone at 10 for a routine appointment, phone at 10 and all appointments gone..This is not ok! I understand funding issues etc, but a Receptionist is NOT a doctor! Who are they to decide if your rapid decline in health is an emergency or not?!

Quiet possibly the worst doctors in the city. The phone line is always busy, if you are able to get through without being cut off there isn't anything available. Nothing to book in advance, nothing to book for an emergency. E consultation forms are only being requested at certain times of the day.The receptionists are exceptionally rude and arrogant. I've never experienced such a poor experience anywhere in my life. The management here needs replacing and the practice needs looking into. I was moved here after mt surgery sadly closed down. It went down hill over the years but at least one could get an appointment. I will be moving my family from here in hope of a better experience or friendlier receptionists at least.Receptionists need to stop telling people to go to minor treatment or A&E, no wonder the hospitals are overwhelmed.

I have just been waiting in a queue for 28 minutes and then once I was second in line, my call was ended. The Airmid UK app does not seem to refresh anymore and I cannot see appointments to book. I have logged into the app ready for 7pm and 7:30pm in case the time has maybe changed. (If anyone can shed any light on the times to use the app, I would be grateful)How are we supposed to get hold of you Portsdown Group Practice? We cannot stress enough that not being able to contact a doctor is one of the most stressful and helpless feelings. Please revise this service in any way that you can to improve our experience and that of the the staff, who I am sure get enough complaints once people do actually get through.
