Come in shop yesterday. The man saidHe would repair charging port on phone. He said leave it with me.He completely ruined it.I had to go to another repair shop atCarterton and have a wireless chargerHe looked and said he broke it on purpose .Please don’t use this dirty person shop

got front screen repaired, was done in good timing and reasonable price, but a week later i had issues with my phone so had to take it somewhere else - person there said some bits were missing and my battery port wasn’t fitted in properly so phone was stuck in boot loop for a few days.

As with all these places, the goods are expensive. However, they immaculately fitted a glass protective cover to my Samsung phone which now looks as good as new.

Excellent. Same-day diagnosis and fix for a phone which two other repair shops (in Oxford) had already told me was either impossible or too pricey to mend. Good people who know what they are doing, and not expensive either. Worth the trip from Oxford! Many thanks

Customer service is lacking.Took my iPad in for a screen replacement. Paid upfront on Wednesday and was told it would take an hour and to bring it in on Thursday. On Thursday I go back after about an hour and a half to be told it will be ready to collect on Friday. Friday afternoon walk into the shop to be told that it will be ready on Saturday. In all this time not one call has been made to me the paying customer to let me know. So not only is this costing me time and effort with waded trips into town but also delays my business, I was then told that for the inconvenience they would fit a screen protector, but I use paper like so not the standard screen protector. This has now cost me almost £200 pound for the screen and 3 days of business. Appalling.

Left phone in to have its socket replaced. Phone worked but couldn't charge as socket was gunged up. Charged £55 and two weeks later phoned returned with assistant saying it can't be fixed. Was refunded the £55 and really glad they didn't charge for totally trashing the phone. Won't use them again ever.

Amazing service.Both guys are doing an incredible service repair my phone in just minute. They are very helpful must visit there.

I went to Witney's Fone World as I'd smashed the back.I went in and they looked at my phone, then they ordered a replacement, which took a week to come, I went in the following Saturday for the back to be replaced. Only for them to have removed my damaged back from my phone, then to find they'd ordered the wrong back.So they put back on my damaged back and ordered second back.A week later i returned and had the phone repaired. Two weeks later the back was cracked again, it also had a lot of dust in the camera lenses. So I decided to repair it myself, on removing the back, that only took less than a minute (this should take alot longer). I found hardly any glue, but there was a large lump right where the back screen had cracked. This is why I'd also got alot of dust into the phone, as it wasn't sealed properly.Also parts were missing of the back, compared with the new replacement one (see photos). Also a part was broken, (the small white cover in the photo), yet the cover had been fitted.
