Contacted ATV services, Horndean, as my parents had lost their TV signal, and some of the connectors were loose. Left a message on the answer machine, which said I would be called back within 45 mins. I received a call within 30 mins from Malcolm and explained the problem. He was in the area so very kindly called in within the hour, and sorted the problem. My parents TV was also a bit old and temperamental, so Malcolm said he could quote them for a new TV which would include installation and set up, and provided quotes the very same day. Excellent service from Malcolm and ATV services. Very fast, and professional. Would use again.

Rang Malcolm about several issues we have, Malcolm advised how we could set up our dvd to the smart tv and which cable to buy over the phone. We still need to call Malcolm out to sort the other issue but highly recommend this company, they fixed our external aerial last year as well.
