Bought a small breakfast on Sunday lunchtime. They had run out of hash browns and the assistant just expected me to know what I wanted instead. I mean really? The cafe has a supermarket attached to it! The cutlery was marked, there was egg shell in my fried egg, hairs in the yolk, mushrooms in my baked beans. The small breakfast doesn't come with mushrooms. The rind of fat was see through! The butter for the toast was salted and we weren't offered an alternative. The coffee was like nothing you've ever tasted. I'd like to give this less than one star.

I ordered the small breakfast which was £3.75. 1 bacon, 1 sausage, 1 fried egg, 1/2 tomato, 1 hash brown and beans. Served with 2 slices of toast & a mug of white coffee For £1.60.I'd just sat down and 2 mins later my breakfast was on the table piping hot and everything was spot on. Can't fault it. Definitely good value for money.

Had a breakfast and drink. Had to get another portion of black pudding, as what was served on my plate was cremated, didn't realise until I tried to eat it and it was texture of crunchy charcoal! It was replaced with no fuss and was edible this time.

Scrambled eggs was lovely however the toast was cold and the butter wouldn't melt or spread on it the pot of tea was horrible one tbag which was of poor quality staff were very pleasant and the cafe was clean was more or less value for money

Great cafe in Stoke on Trent!! Spacious, clean and friendly staff. Ordered on a machine. Good food portions and we went in half term when there was an offer that kids eat free for adult meals over £4.99

It's ok. It is really cheap but my poached eggs were hardboiled. They offer alternatives for vegans and veggies which is all alpro. The porridge was so dry because they didn't use enough almond milk it was like eating a hot flapjack. They had also run out of brown bread for the toast..in a supermarket. They said there was no brown bread in the whole supermarket. I've found other Morrisons cafes manage to cook the food better than this one.

Staff cheerful but over worked. Called at 11.30 on a Saturday morning when the cafe used to be heaving but not any more. Dirty tables, cold food with little thought on presentation. It's a shame because it used to be a vibrant place with hot sustaining food. Sainsbury offer a far better experience now so we'll be using them in future. You've lost a customer MorrisonsUpdate: called in 6 months later and it's still rubbish..worse if anything!

Arrived at 10am and place was empty yet they still serve cold food. Sent it back and they return with reheated poached eggs, reheated crumpets that were like frisbees and burnt toast. Shocking. If you can't cook simple things like toast then change your career.

I had fish and chips,the chips were stone cold and looked like they were left overs from someone else's leftover meal the cook said he'd turned the fryer off early and he thought they would be alright they weren't alright disgusting at £6.50 a go had to get a refund no stars for this.Had to give one star to post.
