CareCo Eastbourne

We had brilliant service by Julie she was so patient and helpful and provided us with all relevant information. She was not pushy and didn't rush us into making a decision. We purchased a wheelchair and a reclining chair and she was very informative on both products she certainly knew her merchandise which enabled us to make the right decision. Let's hope the deliveries are as promised and the goods are as ordered.I would also like to say there was a more junior member of staff who needed help whilst she was serving us and she was extremely helpful and patient with him and this did not impact on the excellent service she was giving us.This was so nice to see.

Top notch service from Donna, Karen and Chris. If I could offer more stars then I would. You are made to feel welcome, and not forced to buy any unnecessary equipment. Any information I needed was given without any fuss. Highly recommend!

We visited the showroom on Saturday and spoke to Julie who was very helpful and informative. Returned today(Wednesday) and spoke with Karen to confirm our choice and place an order. Staff member Karen West helped my mother in law choose a mobility scooter . She was very professional , patient and friendly . She identified mother in laws needs and what was important to wasn't at all pushy and just made the experience pain free would definitely recommend her . The only issue was waiting time to see a staff member but that probably just shows how popular the eastbourne branch is

Fantastic service from Lynne today at the Eastbourne branch. Incredible knowledge on the range of products and plenty of wheelchairs to test in the showroom. Very happy, highly recommend.
