O2 Shop Northampton

Huge problem with o2 contract, went into store to get help and even before I could explain, was abruptly told you have to deal with call center,to put it mildly chap was extremely rude .If this is what customer Service " is then god help us .I have got an email from o2 ceo and I'll make a point of telling him about this incident"

Excellent customer service. Staff went above and beyond when I had a slight emergency. The manager was excellent - I wish I had her name because she really did her absolute best to resolve an issue. There was also a lady called Phoebe who was also helpful. I was really impressed. Again wish I had the manager's name because she was excellent (visited Abington Street Store afternoon 7.12.22 - if you have a reward scheme - I hope the manager gets some sort of reward.

I visited the O2 shop in Northampton a couple of weeks ago and spoke with a really knowledgeable and helpful young man called Sebastian. Usually the staff in these shops are not very good, but Sebastian was courteous, not pushy and knew his stuff. He helped me decide on what I wanted to get - offering various options and showing me samples and I left really happy from that shop. Great customer service, thank you!

Went into shop for help today - man served me was rude and didnt listen. He walked away as if everything was my fault and I was reduced to tears. My problem was I was paying for a service that was not connected on my new iphone. I went to the iphone shop because in there they are never rude and always professional and helpful. They suggested that as the phone had e-sim they could try by putting sim from old phone in. I had the old phone with me and they tried this and it worked straight away. They explained everything clearly to me so I completely understood. Further to this I had a text of concern from 02, so walked back to the shop to politely ask if I needed to do anything - the woman serving smerked at me and I just walked out. I am of a senior age though work full time and rely on my phone for work and social. I really do not trust 02 shop and am disappointed that nowadays people can be so unprofessional and unhelpful. It takes a lot for me to be reduced to tears. Thank you if you actually read this.
