I strongly not recommend. I went to the practice on Finchley road. I arrived 20mn late because of some huge road works severely impacting my bus line and made my journey a nightmare.They sent me back at home without consultation despite the troubles I went through to go there claiming that they have a 10mn policy! I can imagine how they would take care of me if the eye surgery doesn't go as expected!

Sent an email to get a quote about a top up surgery since it’s been 10 years since the last surgery. The girl tried to find 101 reasons why I wouldn’t qualify for my lifetime care package because they changed the name of the previous company only slightly so their policies won’t apply now.Imagine a hospital not wanting to care for once you’ve paid - I wouldn’t recommend - they probably will provide a low quality service based on the email trail.I wouldn’t trust my health with them and might as well get quotes from other reputable eye hospitals and decide who are great to deal with if things go wrong or if you have issues. Not someone trying to avoid accountability. The negative reviews on here says a lot about them here already! I wouldn’t trust them with my eyes.

Was great at the time - Having an astigmatism in both eyes i was fed up of wearing specs. Had Lasik done in 2004, however it started to fail by 2014 and I was back to wearing specs.Now in 2019 I find that the old Ultralase is no longer, which would explain why my numerous calls and emails were never answered, and a new company with the same name and access to my details has taken over, still nobody replied to my enquiries.It was amazing for ten years to be able to see without specs, sadly it wasn't a long term remedy for me, which was what I was hoping for and I am now having to look at other costly options for my eyes. That said the lady i spoke to was as helpful as she could be as the very limited information on my file was so long ago.

Took us an hour and a half to get there. Half an hour before our appointment I called to say I’d be 15 minutes late and if that’s ok. Told it would be fine. When I got there they said you’re 15 minutes late and missed your appointment. Not happy with the appalling
