I am very nervous when going to the dentist but today I was made to feel at ease and didn't wait too long to go in. Would recommend this dentist to everybody I know.

As always, Ilyas explained everything in detail and reassured me regarding my oral health. He is very personable and kind and conveys genuine interest in me as a person. I have been a patient here for many years and have received excellent care from all the staff. Thank you.

I have serious concerns about this dental practice’s ethics. And be aware of the NHS one off check they offer, they will make you pay more (than their private price) on any follow-up hygiene or filling appointment to make up for the “NHS check price”. It will become more expensive in the end than going private, and it’s with an inexperienced dentist. Not worth it!I had a check on 13 Oct via their NHS one-off scheme (which they offered to me when I called to register as a patient and was told they don’t have place), and was booked on a follow-up hygiene session on 12 Jan. I was sold a £120 hygiene package which supposed to be the best one and includes stain removal. I wanted a stain removal so was happy with it despite the price and long wait, and paid £30 deposit.Today (5 Dec, two months later) they called me to ask if I know the price is £120 and it is more expensive than their normal price because I’m not their registered patient. A weird call to start with. I know I’d pay £120 but I didn’t know it’s more expensive. I said that’s OK as long as I will still receive the deep cleaning and the stain removal. The receptionist was vague about it but said it’s fine.I felt they didn’t provide reassurance, and this whole call about i have to pay more makes me concerned, so I called to clarify what’s included. This time they told me the stain removal comes with extra cost.I can’t believe they changed the service i already paid a deposit for (and waited for two months!). And they were not even trying to be upfront when I asked for clarification during the first call.I had to cancel it as I’m not happy to pay the extra cost (or any cost) to a business that has no ethics.Follow up: I asked for a refund of my deposit and a written confirmation (which I still haven’t received). I questioned how can they change the service they already sold to me. The receptionist replied that they didn’t even need to see me in the first place as I’m not their patient and they were just helping me (funny they made it sounds like they were a charity while in fact i paid them for a service the offered to me). What an absurd answer!

I have always had excellent service whenever I have attended this practice. Today i was seen by a dentist new to me and she was so compassionate in her approach & explained the treatment/possibilities really well. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice. Truly, a first class service.

I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. Over the past year I have had a lot of dental treatment. I turned up at the first appointment and explained I’d had an awful experience with my previous dentist and now had a real anxiety/fear over getting any treatment. Ilyass was so understanding and talked me through it all. I must have had about 8 appointments total and now I have all my teeth looking great.All the staff from receptionists, nurses and Iliyass have been extremely kind and professional.

I have been going to Winnersh Dental Practice for a number of years for both 6 month routine checkups and visits to the hygienist. Claire is brilliant. The dentist is also excellent and explains everything clearly such as a review following routine xrays. One day at a checkup I had a problem with a chipped tooth which was painful and the dentist did a filling there and then which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Winnersh Dental Practice.
