A very friendly and professional service. I cannot fault my experience at Walsall branch. Dentist was lovely and reassuring and a painless visit for a filling and an under gum clean.

First check up with a dentist new to the practice. Welcoming, thorough and explained what he was doing and gave sensible advice on future dental hygiene.

Highly recommend, the best in Walsall! The team are really friendly and always make you feel welcome. Highly professional and I always leave impressed with how efficient their work is.

I have always receive wonderful dental care from Dr Sadiq he is a very competent dentist and I always feel confident and at ease when being treated.When I have needed an emergency appointment the reception staff have been very helpful and have always been able to get me into the practice the same day.All dentists I have seen as an emergency patient have provided excellent treatment.The Practice itself is always clean and tidy.Highly recommend .

Great dentists. The clinic is always very clean, it's quiet and the staff at reception are very friendly. The treatments themselves can vary by dentist, but my personal experience has been positive. My appointments are always quick and relatively painless and options are always explained well. As a local resident, they also go out of their way to see me when they have cancellations on the day, which I really appreciate. The opening hours are good and they did great during the pandemic restrictions. The only reason I'm not giving the full 5 stars is because I think improvements could be made in online services (particularly booking and email reminders) and there's often quite a wait when you arrive on time for your appointment.

These people have really bad practice regarding the way they trick you into booking an extraction for a price but when you arrive there the doctor puts you on the practice chair and tell you that actually the price for the extraction is 200£ all together and not 85£ as they told you over the phone.Now what do you do? You accept and pay 200£ for a 15 mins job or you lose them 85+ taxi cuz you came straight from work as they definitely won’t give you a refund.Don’t recommend at all these people.All they care is money having 0 empathy and 0 willingness to communicate correctly from the start even if you clearly ask the extraction price
