One Stop Nails

I've been coming here for over a year now and have never gone anywhere else. Even though it's busy, I would rather wait as I know they never rush my nails and they do an amazing job. I like that they are a family run business and they always treat you like family as well.

Went in for a mani pedi and shellac nails. Nice little pamper session. Nails lasted for a long time. Pedi was lovely with the massaging chair. Always come here for my nails

Brought my girlfriend here for a little pamper day and she had the best time ever, the staff were all so friendly and my girlfriend loved her nails and pedicure! She said she would definitely be coming back! Happy girlfriend so giving you guys a 5*

Went in for a manicure and pedicure with polish. The manicure and pedicure were done so quickly - felt like the nail tech just rushed the job. She cut too much cuticle from fingers, even cut my finger. No cuticle cream or oil were put on. My cuticles are dry and rough. Stayed and dried my nails for 30-40mins. Wasn’t even offered a drink. Nails on my fingers and toe were chipped so quickly as the technician hadn’t even sealed the top of my nails with the polish. It’s day 2, and they look awful. If done right it usually is really nice for at least a week on my finger nails. And it lasts ages on my toes but on one toenail it’s come off already. Waste of £35

My first time getting my nails painted at one stop nails was amazing!Celine was so kind and did an amazing job, everyone in the shop was friendly and the shop itself is amazingly clean and well taken care of.An amazing experience!

Great at taking appointments but terrible at keeping them. I made an appointment recently, arrived on time and was made to wait, without an apology, so they could accommodate a walk-in. When asked how long I would have to wait, the response was “someone is coming in a minute”. That “minute” was 30mins long. The ONLY reason I didn’t walk out was because I had a flight to catch later that day. I won’t be going back.

I did my nails here, not a bad place to do your nails in South Woodford. But the staff were speaking in Mandarin/Cantonese for more than an hour that I was there. I find it very rude and disrespectful, as they were speaking in another language all the time and laughed while also looking at customers . It made me so uncomfortable as it genuinely seemed they were making fun of me and the other customers. Not once did they ask me how I am or attempt to make conversation with myself or other customers, which is just rude. I will not return to this salon because of this, as I find it very unprofessional to behave like this in front of paying customers.
