Great, though a pain in the backside to find. This is essentially a warehouse with a small shop attached. Staff are kind and helpful, however don't expect a big display area. There is a small selection of goods on display, but this is really a place for pick ups, returns & exchanges if you're local. The unit number is 32 and there is (as of writing) no bannerhead above the door. If you get stuck, the units are directly behind B&Q. Ideally give them a ring before heading there. Completely legit outfit, but very much an online operation.

I regret buying from these. Purchased an item hoping to receive it withing 2-3 days as the website suggests. Been 7 days and spoke to somebody on their chat and apparently they don't have the item in stock. Their waiting for the stock to arrive in their warehouse so that they can process the order. What company does this! Absolute clowns

At first, I thought I had had good service from this company having ordered a remote shutter release for my camera through Amazon. However, all that changed when I had to send the item back as it developed a fault within a few months. All was well, the item was accepted back and I was told the item was away for repair and could take 28 days to get back to me, but then things changed! The item was eventually sent back to me after about three weeks in an unfit condition; in fact it looked like a truck had run over it!! Someone had opened it up, the casing was cracked, there were broken parts inside the unit, then it had been put together again - badly - resulting in the item being unfit for use at all. And this was supposed to be a new replacement item!! I telephoned the firm and was told to put it all in an email via Amazon so the manager could get back to me on receipt, which I done. Guess what? No response. I telephoned again. Guess what? No answer. Then I phoned using a different telephone number. Guess what? Immediately answered!! I was told that the manager was on the other phone but that he'd get back to me - he didn't!! I then resorted to informing Amazon customer services and they phoned the firm - fotosense answered but said the manager was out and said I was to send the broken part back at MY expense and they'd send a replacement. I told Amazon I'd rather have a refund so Amazon phoned the firm back. Guess what? No answer!! I then did obtain a refund with Amazon's help, but there was no customer service here at all. I checked with Fuji, the maker of the shutter release - they wouldn't even have bothered opening up the item, they would just have replaced it, so I wonder where my replacement went because it certainly didn't get sent to me. I subsequently bought one from a different firm, and I'd advise anyone else to do the same. Buy from here at your own risk because if something goes wrong they just don't want to know.

I purchased a Bushnell Trophy Cam from them and had to return it to Fotosense as it stopped working. The Cam had to be returned to Bushnell who said that it was beyond repair. Fotosense then offered me either a partial cash refund or a replacement Cam. I chose the cash refund and inspite of many numerous phone calls I have still not received my refund. All in all this fiasco has taken over 3 months. When you phone them they fob you off with excuse after excuse, if you want lousy customer service then by means use them if not then avoid.

WHY ISNT ZERO STARS AN OPTION?Waited 2 weeks for item. Contacted them to be told it was an automated equipment error and they had realised (but not told me) and pulled out all the stops to get it but not before Christmas. . Tried to sell me a different product. Then gave me a refund. I bought one from a different supplier the SAME day but I'm 5quid out of pocket paying for express delivery to get it in time.

I don't think I would recommend Fotosense.I placed an order that was due to be with me in 3-5 days, my first email from them was an email 3 days later to say the order was being processed, and that delivery would be in a further 3 to 5 days.I eventually got the camera purchased a month later.I had to constantly chase them for updates as their communication was non-existent - even after repeatedly being told someone would email, or call to update.I've got the camera, and a good price, but I worry about what worth their warranty is should anything go wrong.

Avoid avoid avoid. Non existent customer service. Tried contacting both via website form and email. Automatic response but zero follow up. They don't answer the phone and there is no capacity to leave a voicemail. Tried initiating a return but they don't send an RMA number making returns impossible. Just appalling.

i purchased the fujifilm photo camera polaroid in pastel blue with all accessories and 40 films for a really great price, i payed very reasonable delivery for guaranteed next day on a Friday i was only expecting to get them on Monday with it being the weekend however they arrived at 8 this morning on the Saturday! I'm very please and they was the perfect gift for my girlfriend thanks a lot she loves them! all round great service and product!

I have ordered a Simga HC-11 leather case, when I opened the box, there was a $5 plastic imitation fake inside. The box was not shrink wrapped like it was supposed to. The real case with red trim was taken out and replaced with fake junk. The outer box was sealed, so I suspect this was done at the store. I have contacted fotosense, they have not responeded. I am reporting fraud to the credit card company and would like to warn others.
