The receptionist is almost empathetic and kind as a jail door, it's almost if they're able to say Hello" there...As much as i can I avoid this post office"

This wee post office is so useful, even when they're closed they have an ATM which accept all bank cards including post office account cards for people who are on benefits t to withdraw they're money outside of post office opening hours. They also have a post office clerk till up at the garage sale tills which is also very useful, and as far as I know that's also open during all the garage opening hours which is up to 10pm from early in the morning Staff are all very friendly & helpful. I user this garage/ post office daily and can't praise them enough. Great job guys..both garage & PO. They always have fab deals on very affordable ☆☆☆☆☆

Please note that the hours on the Post Office website aren't quite right. While the garage staff can do SOME of the Post Office stuff after the main branch closes, if you need to speak to Post Office staff about anything or (importantly for me!) if you need to pick up a Parcelforce parcel that's been left there for collection, you need to go while the branch itself is actually open, which I've just confirmed with the Post Office call centre is 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday and 8.30am - 12.30pm Saturday (closed on Sunday). If you just need to drop off a parcel or something I'm sure you'll be able to do that during the extended hours at the main garage counter, but if in doubt I'd stick to the main Post Office branch opening hours above.

Omg worst customer service imaginable. Tried to tell us we needed to fill out a form and pay £25 for a new V5C to tax our car. I kept trying to show them the government website that said I had everything I needed but she flat out refused to even look at it.I get people I'm here all day every day trying to tell me how to do my job"Went to another post office and they taxed it no problem. The first lady was selecting the wrong option (have you had this vehicle for over 2 months and not yet received your V5C). Sad thing is the exact same thing happened to me in the exact same post office a couple of years earlier. How long has she been making people unecessarily pay £25 for a replacement V5C??So yes

Very slow always a que . Never looks the cleanest behind the counter one of the older women behind the counter always looks unhappy doesn't seem to like serving people prefers to do look busy doing something else rather than serve

Terrible customer service. Not helpful at all. On 2 occasions they were wrong on what they told me. Just dont want to help.

Leslie, and Sharron were absolutely amazing today. Above and beyond for me as a customer. Fanatic service!

Post office

Post office is actually part of the petrol station.

I find the staff very pleasant and helpful, and the ATM is great especially at holiday time when the main PO is closed. Only complaint I have is they don't do SSE Airtricity payeasy card, so while I can get my electric card toped up I cant get the gas one topped up so I have to go to another shop, and being disabled I find this quite trying.
