I have used this garage couple of times now and on both occasions I have received professional service at a reasonable price supported with excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend this garage to everyone I know and will continue using it for my regular service and repair when needed . Thanks to all personnel for their great work.

Went to this Garage on the recommendation of my niece and sister-in-law. Needed MOT so booked well in advance, just as well as they are very busy. Easy to book via telephone. Sent reminder the day before. Very pleasant receptionist. Called within a couple of hours to say all completed. One of the mechanics drove the car to the front of the garage for me. Cannot fault this garage and will use again. Also, know my family are very pleased with service.

I have used this garage for several years and always had a good experience. My impression is that work is always to a good standard and that the business has integrity. A good local reputation counts for a lot, so the garage is generally busy so usually needs to be booked a few days ahead.

Always a quick, friendly and professional service and, importantly for me after some previous poor experiences in the local area, able to look into your vehicle concerns and give advice that always works without the need to be patronising in the way that some garages can be towards women.

Recently took my car in for new brake pads and front discs, really happy with the service provided. Dropped the car off at 8am and back by 2pm. Good workmanship and friendly customer care. Competitive price for parts and labour too. Would highly recommend.

Wouldn't return. Took my car here for a diagnostics and a service. And clearly stated to only service if nothing shows on diagnostic. Call to say car is ready, I'm on my way home from work - look at opening times - plenty of time. Nope get a phone call to say, are you coming? Times online are WRONG! somehow that's my fault. Picked car up, service done, not much found on diagnostic, except the mechanic told my husband this - despite me saying twice its my car, but carried talking to my husband. Plain rude. To make matters worse, on the drive home from work the night after at midnight, my turbo blew up. Having limped it to my normal higly reputable garage, turns out that the codes had shown on the diagnostic from cranham garage and said that any mechanic even a trainee would know the turbo was bust. To be fair I saw the warning signs when I was told I had to have the O2 sensor fixed before being able to see if there was anything else wrong. When as I saw when I got home clear as day on the second page of the diagnostics sheet there was the code for the turbo being bust. The service never should have been done and I shouldn't have been told its okay to continue driving my car. So not only am I just over £300 out for a service my car did not need, my car was then mechanically written off as the engine was completely ruined. So cheers for that, wouldn't go back here if you paid me, receptionist was lovely, but the mechanic I dealt with was sexist and either incompetent or just wanted my money!!! Wouldn't recommend or return.
