Just had my Maxus deliver 9 service here £561.44 what a rip off asked on the morning how much it would be but no one would give me a straight answer then after a couple of minutes one off the receptionist said it would be about £300 +vat all depending on how many hours it would take but said it would probably be 2 hours they charge me £312 labour cost and that’s in the middle of a cost off living crisis most people don’t make that in a day some not in a week so please don’t go there unless you want your eyes taken out

I'm pleased to leave a 4-star review for North East Trucks. The service provided was excellent, and the staff were pleasant throughout. They efficiently addressed all the necessary tasks for my van without any hitches. I have no complaints about my experience.

The after sales of this company is shocking. Very poor product (Maxus Deliver) which are not roadworthy and they are not interested when raising complaints. The workshop apaprently road tested vehicles on 3 separate occassions and each time we returmned the vehicle witht the same fault within days. It si bad when tehre staff say it is ok to drive as long as you keep your hand on the gear stick to hold in position. Avoid thsi company and this product

There needs to be a statue of Joe Puggmurr outside the Billingham HQ. That guy goes above and beyond every single time we purchase vans from him. The best connection we have made this year was finding Joe. Other Iveco suppliers need to take note of what this guy does for his customers.

Bought new Iveco van April 2022 been back in garage minimum 3 times could be more. Found totally dead on 17.10.22, this is company van and we cannot afford for it to breakdown every other month. Thinking of trading it in for a Vauxhall which in our experience never breakdown.Customer service could be better too.
